This policy explains how ("we"), operating aiwithmohit.com, collects and uses personal data, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Data we collect
- When you buy: your name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email address, order ID and payment status/transaction ID received from the payment gateway (or a payment screenshot, if you pay by UPI directly).
- When you contact us: the information you choose to share in your message.
- Automatically: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, through our hosting provider's server logs. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
We never ask for or store your card number, UPI PIN, OTP or bank password. Card and gateway payments are handled by the payment provider on its own secure systems.
2. Why we use it
- To confirm your payment and deliver the ebook.
- To provide customer support and process refunds.
- To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes.
- To send you updates or offers about our products only if you agree. You can stop these at any time by replying "STOP".
3. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business (payment provider, hosting provider, WhatsApp/email services), or when required by law.
4. Storage and security
We keep order records for as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law (generally up to 8 years for accounting records), and we take reasonable security measures to protect them.
5. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing messages. Contact our Grievance Officer (details on the Contact us page). We will respond within 30 days.
6. Children
Our products are intended for adults running a business. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page with its date.
