ટૂંકમાં: ડિજિટલ PDF હોવાથી, મળી ગયા પછી સામાન્ય રીતે refund નથી. પણ ડબલ પેમેન્ટ, 48 કલાકમાં PDF ન મળી કે ફાઇલ ખુલતી ન હોય અને અમે ઉકેલી ન શકીએ, તો પૂરા પૈસા પાછા.

Because the ebook is a digital product that can be accessed immediately after delivery, all sales are generally final once the PDF has been delivered. However, we will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Non-delivery: you did not receive the ebook within 48 hours of a successful payment, and you contacted us with your payment details.
- Defective file: the PDF does not open or is corrupted, and we are unable to send you a working copy within 48 hours of your complaint.
Cancellation
An order can be cancelled for a full refund if you contact us before the ebook has been delivered to you.
How to request a refund
Send your payment screenshot or transaction ID, the date of payment and the reason, by WhatsApp or email (see Contact us), within 7 days of payment.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are initiated within 2 working days to the original payment method (UPI / card / bank). The amount usually reaches your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
